“Good morning.
I’d like to tell you how Norm Leblanc helped out my father. While my father and I are not clients of Trantolo and Trantolo, he still facilitated a problem we had with a property damage claim my father put into his insurance company.
My father unfortunately had a motorcycle accident There were no injuries, but it was out-of-state. The ways the insurance company handled things and treated my father were simply terrible.
I called Norm and explained the situation. Within a couple days, the insurance company called us back and they were so polite, so professional and so willing to help, you could tell things were going to be dealt with efficiently and professionally (as they should have been in the beginning).
The situation is almost taken care of. There are a couple things left to do, but I honestly do not think it would have turned out this well without the assistance we got from Norm.
A couple years ago, Norm had done the same thing for me when I was hit by an uninsured driver. He immediately offered his help, and my situation was taken care of very quickly! i know for a fact I would have not gotten the fair results I got without Norm’s help.
Not only do my father and I think the world of him as a person and a friend, but he is an asset to your law firm. He’s so willing to help anyone at anytime and he does this selflessly. He does it professionally and he keeps his word. Norm’s a busy man, and that’s not always an easy thing to do, but he does keep his word.
